4-level Abjuration
A green ray springs from your outstretched hand at a creature or object you can see within range, causing it to become anchored to its current plane. An unwilling creature that succeeds on a Dexterity saving throw is unaffected.
For the duration, the target is unable to move or otherwise be affected by teleportation spells (such as dimension door and teleport), plane shifting, and astral or ethereal travel.
When you cast this spell using a 5th level spell slot, the duration is 10 minutes. When you use a 6th level spell slot, the duration is 1 hour. When you use a 7th level spell slot, the duration is 8 hours. When you use a spell slot of 8th level or higher, the duration is 24 hours.
