Plague Vessel. When the Cult Plaguebearer is reduced to 0 hit points, creatures within 5 feet must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or take 3 poison damage. Rotting Devotion. The Cult Plaguebearer has advantage on saving throws against being frightened while it can see an undead creature. Contaminated Supplies. If searched, the Plaguebearer carries diseased bandages, tainted bread, or a vial of plague slurry.
Sickle. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4 slashing damage. Plague Flask. Ranged Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, range 20/60 ft., one target or 5-foot space. Hit: The flask shatters. Creatures within 5 feet must make a DC 12 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, a creature takes 5 poison damage and is Poisoned until the end of its next turn. On a success, it takes half damage and is not Poisoned. The Plaguebearer carries one plague flask.
