Arkk is an uncanny, liminal entity born where two absolutes met: a monolith of tangible white light and a silver dagger that trapped the anima of hundreds of slain innocents. That union produced a being neither wholly spirit nor wholly construct, an emissary of cessation who interprets mercy as finality

General Physical Condition

Arkk appears as a slim, androgynous man with no hair, alabaster skin veined with faint black marbling, and eyes of pure, featureless white. Movement is fluid and deliberate; his voice is calm, caring, and passionately certain, the tone of someone who believes mercy must be administered without delay.
