Along the Western coast of the Veridian Empire, few settlements match the glamour and beauty of Starlight Bay. Its beautiful beaches that overlook the vast Jade Ocean make the city a popular tourist destination and shipping port.
While the city has its virtues, it absolutely has its vices. The wealthy folk of the Empire travel here to gamble and conduct shady business dealings. What happens in Starlight Bay, stays in Starlight Bay, and is overseen by a powerful figure, an individual ahead of their time, known only as Gatsby.
Government
The city is ruled by a regional governor assigned by the Veridian Empire. Being within the Empire, the city follows the laws organized by it. However, everyone knows better than to cross Gatsby.
Geography
The city is built along a pristine bay. A small river bisects the city. On the northwestern side of the city, a large outcropping extends into the bay with a lighthouse decorating it.
Natural Resources
Plenty of coastal trees dot the landscape and provide the materials to construct houses.
