Facing certain death at the hands of Mind Flayers, Iados Mahari was visited by a diabolic Tiefling named Arzamoth. Claiming to be Iados’s brother, Arzamoth offered a Wish scroll to ensure the party's survival. The cost? A pact to assassinate their father. Iados accepted the scroll, and Arzamoth departed into the ether, leaving the dungeon air thick with the smell of brimstone and the weight of a new, dark destiny.
