Toxic saliva

The body may not be toxic, but your mouth is.
You have a pool of poison damage you may add to a number of your abilities. You start with an initial pool of two 1d6s, and gain 1 for every 3 levels you gain above the first level. As a bonus action, you may add up to half your total dice pool to an appropriate attack. This must be done before the attack hits and the damage is wasted on a missed attack. You may add your poison to any melee weapon, projectile, or any physical natural attack. You regain all of your spot poison dice upon completing a long rest and 1d4 dice on completing a short rest. The poison once used stays effective for one weeks time before becoming inert.

Your diet mostly consists of insects, but you can still gain substances from other forms of meat.
You should ideally contain a variety of insects. You may also gain sustenance from meat, although you have a harder time digesting it causing it to loses some of its nutrition. Plat matter is not toxic to you and will help your digestive tract when eaten in small portions, but you will not gain any sustainable from eating it.
