Cantons

The Cantons are the administrative regions of the empire. Each of the 10 cantons is named after its capital city. For example, the east-most Canton would be known as the Canton of Eskanel. The respective city is largely responsible for the administration of their regions, and are required to follow the law and command of the Great Ministry in Sorenel
