Old Draconic

The successor tongue to the fabled Eldest Draconic, Old Draconic would still be the tongue through which dragons chose to communicate with one another were it not for the fact that their former slaves, the centauroids and the satyroids, began speaking it to their dragon masters. These linguistically near-humans using the tongue of dragons so offended the dragons that they deliberately twisted Old Draconic into the Latter Draconic Tongue, designed to be pronounceable by dragons alone.
