Half-Ogres
Rarity: Rare (1 per 300)
Whilst ogres are now changed, they retain enough of their human nature that humans and ogres can cross-breed. The result of such a union is a half-ogre.
Unhealthy Relationships:
Ogres and Humans can get along, but should not be involved romantically. Ogres are mentally deficient when compared to the average human, being more comparable to a human child. As such, there can't really be a consensual relationship between an ogre and a human.
Additionally, the sheer physical strength and size difference between the massive and strong ogre and comparatively frail human means that if the ogre ever loses their temper the human is in grave danger. Additionally a human woman is unlikely to survive giving birth to a first-generation half-ogre child.
As a result, the story of how a first-generation half-ogre child came to be is almost never a happy one.
Half-ogres bloodlines:
Whilst First-generation ogres have very rough childhoods, the ogre blood in their veins can endure over several generations. As such, second or third generation half-ogres may inherit their strength without losing out on a happy childhood.
They also gain some level of magic resistance from their ogre parent.

In fact, the ogres were humans before being transformed by magic.Whilst ogres are now changed, they retain enough of their human nature that humans and ogres can cross-breed. The result of such a union is a half-ogre.
