Crushing Fall
Effect
Whenever you would suffer Fall damage you can expend your Reaction to halve the damage you would take, and emit a crushing wave of force out from beneath you. All creatures within 20 feet of you must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or take 1d6 Bludgeoning damage per 5 feet that you fell this round (to a maximum of double your Proficiency bonus + your Wisdom modifier in d6s), and they are knocked Prone. A creature that succeeds on their save takes half damage and isn’t knocked Prone.
At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the Bludgeoning damage is treated as magical for the purposes of bypassing Resistances. Additionally, at 5th level or higher, all damage dealt by this spell increases to d8s, when cast using a spell slot of 7th level or higher all damage dealt is increased to d10s.
