CarZip
The name will not be CarZip but it will describe the process of the zipped compressed files in Carspeak that are transferred from one Computerized Alert Relay Systems to another.
The technology utilized here is a strange unrecognized file that can only be comprehended by Computerized Alert Relay Systems. The thing is, an Androids may be able to intercept the file and attempt to dissect it, but at W.I.L.L.O.W.I.S.P., not every technological being has the same technologies and capabilities. In fact, each of the technologies are so uniquely different on purpose that it would be difficult for any other being to naturally dissect Carspeak, but a human could try using a computer to hack and decode the file. it woulld still be difficult to parse due to the fact that there are so many things in the zipped file that only CARS understand, due to it being written in the CARSPEAK language. One can attempt to learn it, but there are so many complex rules when it comes to CARSPEAK that many people don't bother trying to learn it. it is even difficult to try and craft a computer program that can decode it. the best way to decode a CARZIP is to give it to a car so that it may tell you the information through conversation in normal human voice and language. Because it is easier for a car to paraphrase than it is for a car to actually speak what is there.
