STEP TWO: Create your race...

Using the Species Category create your race.
You can take an existing fantasy race, such as dwarves, and work out how they will live in our world. Or you can create your own.
The PG rating for this project is 13, so keep it to within those limits please. Furthermore, no copyright material may be used - you can't create the 'Alien Xenomorph' monster race.
You don't need to worry about the stat blocks of the race.
Your focus should be on:
What does the race look like?
How does this race survive in small tribal units? (this first phase is the prehistory phase of the project). The technology level is stone age.
Think about the religion that they have created to account for why they are living on a shattered, broken ring that orbits a planet. What myths and legends do they have? Remember they have limited knowledge on how the world works. These are your proto-species ancestors.
