Gildebrune
Gildebrune is a language common to the Gildebrosk dwarves of Gildegan, spoken by that population and the language most common in their "brune" - rune writing specifically carved into rockfaces or stone. Though its purpose was originally to be only used this way, the Archives in Gildestorl became so important to investors that the language became a widespread oral tradition as well, with the original dialect fading into obscurity.
Writing System
The alphabet, or bruna, is designed to be easily chiselled into rock or stone, so has mainly straight lines in its design with some notches that can be made using carving tools.
Geographical Distribution
Spoken in the eastern regions of Poraile, centralised in Gildegan with its spread characterised by a particular area's density of dwarves - specifically Gildebrosk - in its population.
