Casper Loons
The Casper Loons were begun by the Khisperos Family as they were beginning to find the love, joy, and other blessings of Dark Love. Prior to this, they had been believed to be vampires, demons, and satanic followers. Which had been partially true as these things had been drawn to their family and friends. Their reputation was that of the accursed family.
After many generations as the accursed family, the teenagers grew extremely upset and tired of these negative opinions of their family and friends. They had gone into the family library and began to study the ancient tomes of Dark Love and the family bibles of the Khisperos Family.
They were able to develop a method to use Dark Love to better their community and to change their family's negative reputation. This was to use many of the traits and emotions of it to allow them to make their community a much better place. However, the new that their older family members and friends would be appalled by their plan. This is why they had used their own friends to begin the Casper Loons.
The Casper Loons would, slowly, become adored by their community and had the understanding of their families. This was done by community service, goodwill, et al. Though, they would also do very dubious acts to better the people around them.
Eventually, the Casper Loons spread across Phaeroa to spread the Dark Love and goodwill that they had come to use.
