Symptoms

In a healthy mind, only the left side is capable of speech while the right is mute. The left is creative and the right is logical. In switching the functions in a brain like this, a new personality emerges that is the polar opposite of what was.
It is practically impossible for any casual observer to notice the long term change and even less likely to tell exactly when it happened. Most of the stated symptoms are ubiquitous, starting with immediate vertigo and brain fog that can last for days. In addition, unless one is very young or is frequently in the company of strangers, may also not notice any mood shift or altered mental status.
