The Arcane concoction is an addictive substance found in large quantities in the basement of Anointed Cup Brewing, It is presumed that this is being used as an additive in its drinks.
The concoction is faintly maroon in color. When consumed in even mild doses, addiction can occur, which is strengthened by the volume consumed.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

Those consuming the raw liquid must succeed on a DC 16 Charisma save, or be forced to use their action to attempt to drink another dose. This check is repeated for 3 rounds following the consumption of any dose.
Consuming more than one ounce of the substance at a time results in a roll on the PHB's Wild magic surge table (or a surge table of the GM's choosing)
