Physical Description

General Physical Condition

Flinx has red feathers on his body and an orange tail as long as a ravens. He is roughly the size of a raven. His claws and beak are gleaming yellow and his eyes are orange. 
In his human form, he takes the form of a male human with dark brown skin, orange eyes and short, red, messy hair.

Special abilities

Healing Magic: Flinx is able to heal most injuries simply by crying on them. 
Immortality: Like all phoenixes, Flinx is immortal. He will periodically die by bursting into flames (an event called a "Burning Day"), and then be reborn from the ashes. 
Super Strength: As a phoenix, Flinx can carry quite heavy loads. 
Apparition: Being a phoenix, Flinx has the natural ability to Apparate at will, disappearing and reappearing in a flash of fire. He can do so regardless of anti-Apparition enchantments. Flinx can also take people along with him. 
Phoenix Song: Flinx also possess remarkable and soul-touching singing talents. A single note of his song is said to have effects similar to swallowing a drop of warming liquid, and instilling courage and calm. Phoenix song is reputed to increase the courage of the pure of heart and strike fear into the heart of the impure. 
Flight: Flinx can naturally fly thanks to his naturally generated wings. 
Hand-to-Hand Combat (Basic): As part of his training with under his father, Flinx has learned how to fight instead of just relying on his powers.
