Random Generators

One thing I use when worldbuilding, setting up an RPG campaign, or writing is random generators. One I adore is Fantasy Name Generators!. But so many go offline or, at least for me, don't go deep enough into the concept I want. Others are too vague, leaving me not really inspired. So I decided to make some of my own. Here's an ongoing list of ones I've made so far.

Armillary Stellar System Generator : armillary-star-gen.pages.dev

Named after an "Armillary Sphere", this was my idea of generating not just a star system, but the star system and planets along with its stellar neighborhood. I added a means to "lock" a star, planet, or planets then regenerate the system around what you've locked. Yes, it handles ancient ruins and alien species as well! The whole thing is inspired by GURPS Space, GURPS Aliens, and NASA's exoplanet research!
