The Way of the Fist - A monk that specializes in hand to hand combat: This grants the character the following abilities; Gain an additional Ki Point; Blinding Fury: Once per long rest you can expend all your Ki points to make a string of attacks, each consecutive hit deals an additional 1d4 damage.
The Way of the River - A monk that specializes in flow and concentration: This grants the character the following abilities: Mind like Water: Adv. on all concentration based checks and Once per long rest you can take a 15 on any wisdom save; Flow State: While in the flow state you have adv. on one action per turn, and at the start of your turn you must make a concentration check DC: 8 and it increases by 1 for each turn you are in flow state.
The Way of the Weave - A monk that brings fist and magic together, focusing on Ki and MP to create strong magical attacks, this grants the character the following abilities; Pick an element to be proficient in; Magical Flourish: Using a Ki point and 3 MP turn an attack into an element of choice, if you are proficient in that element deal an additional 1d6 of that damage type.
