Shalumer

Between The Scar on the World and the Thaur Forest, Shalumer was once a small settlement of elves. The elves in this land began to form a cult, and slowly this cult grew more and more powerful. sensing opportunity, Puvōzmo, one of The Lost Ones, pretended to be the god the cultists were trying to summon. Slowly this cult began to become morphed into exactly what Puvōzmo wanted, and all who dared to question the cult were imprisoned beneath the earth for a year (they were kept alive by Red Magic). As Puvōzmo grew in power over the cultists, she decided to expand her realm and conquered many more Elven and some Gnoman settlements across the Thaur forest. However, her conquests were ended when an Elven hero led a small army against her and forced her back into the lands that her curse touched. To protect her realm, and to keep any more of her subjects/slaves from escaping to freedom, she surrounded the land in Pure Red Magic. The sun was blotted out and shadow literally crept out of the Earth and cursed the lands of Shalumer. Anybody who entered would turn into a beast, fully enslaved by Puvōzmo.
The realm is under the domain of Shadows, and specifically Puvōzmo's mother Shalor, although Puvōzmo is the direct ruler of the land.
