Cities

Cities are the main form of settlements in the world of Myr. All empires and kingdoms follow the tradition of separating their land into cities and their conglomerates, consisting of villages and sub-cities. Villages and sub-cities usually follow the command of the main city's governors. The powers and sovereignty of each city depends on the main stat'e judicial organisation. In The Kingdom of Durgham the cities had moderate power, just as the provinces of the kingdom had. This resulted in the cities of Noria  to have a considerate amount of power ones they were separated into several provinces.
