WONDROUS ITEM RARE TECH

A silvery metal pack that has leather straps so you can wear it on your back. With a loud electrical zap it teleports you to a spot you can see and if you spent more power it can teleport you long distances.

Short Jump. You can spend 1 charge of power to teleport 30 ft. If you spend 3 charges you can teleport 60 ft and if you spend 5 charges you can go 120 ft.
Long Jump. You can spend 10 charges and jump 500 ft. You can also take 1 willing creature with you.
Crystal Core. The crystal core holds 10 charges of power. It can be recharged from power supplies or batteries with an Action.
