Does 10d6 Force damage and 10d6 Radiant damage to every creature and object in a 40 ft. radius.
Creatures caught in the blast must make a Constitution Saving Throw, on success the creature takes half damage, on failure they become Blinded and get level 1 of Irradiated.
If the creature already has the Irradiated condition it immediately takes 20 Necrotic damage otherwise it takes the damage if it ends their turn in this area. This last until the start of the grenadiers next turn.

The Constitution Saving Throw is set by the crafter's Save DC.
Can be fired from a grenade launcher.

Crafting requirements:

Material Cost: 2 Living Steel, 1 nuclear explosives, 1 Nuclear core
Time Cost: 6 crafting checks.
Crafting check: Tinkerer's Tools or Smiths Tools DC18 (Long rest DC24)
