This is a sword with a battery slot in the handle and gold lines running across the black blade. When pressed, the button adds electrical damage to the next hit.

High Tech. Its made with advanced techniques and materials. It has +1 to Attack and Damage rolls.
Electric Shock. On hit you can choose to use a Charge to add 2d4 Lightning damage and the creature makes a Constitution Saving Throw DC 14, on failure they lose their reaction and their movement is halved until the end of their next turn.
