Creatures caught in the blast must make a Constitution Saving Throw, on success the creature takes half damage, on failure they become Blinded and get level 1 of Irradiated.
Creature that end their turn in this area take 12 points of Necrotic damage. This last until the start of the grenadiers next turn.
The Constitution Saving Throw is set by the crafter's Save DC.
Can be fired from a grenade launcher.

Material Cost: 1 Living Steel, 1 nuclear explosive
Time Cost: 6 crafting checks.
Crafting check: Tinkerer's Tools or Smiths Tools DC18 (Long rest DC24)
