Something something Player's handbook

The player's handbook acts as the resource for all relevant world-information that would tie directly into HopsideRPG in terms of attaching flavor to mechanics. Some of the things you would find in the Player's handbook includes things such as Hopside integration of Magic rules, mechanical information on racial statblocks, and other sorts of gameplay related concepts.

The Ascendant Era

It is unknown how long had passed since the conception of the greater universe, nor is it known how long since Midbaar took form as the anomalous planet with it's aura of divinity.
  The call to power was not one many wished to risk, though eleven who were without concern for their safety sought the planet.
  Thus begins the Ascendant Era upon Midbaar

The Radiant Era

0 AE and beyond

The ten thousand year period in which the ascendants appeared on the desert planet of Midbaar and shaped everything to their whim had ended.
  An act of playing as god was not enough for these mages, as they staked their claims in the lands and fought over the canvas which each desired to paint their machinations upon.
  The end of the Ascendant era was marked by the cataclysmic event of the five suns, in which the mana had refined into energy far more divine than what anything on the planet could handle.
  The ascendants themselves perished in this event, their souls permanently bound to the planet upon which they had fought.
  And so begins the Radiant era.
  The five suns hang in the sky, the Ascendants make their return. Or... at least most of them do.
  It's time to start over, pick up the pieces and take what land that was more or less designated for them. Whatever stakes they had claimed during the Ascendant Era was what they got now in this new era.
