Dromite
Originating from the Siemite design of the kelaphim, dromites came to be after Siem felt bad for Osephi's lack of artistic talent, and the lady just threw another one of her creations at Osephi.
Appearance:
The skin tone of these kelaphim is the color of dark, wet sand with freckled faces. The average ear-length is of medium to short length in comparison to their Siemite counterparts, but they still have the iconic pointed shape seen in all kelaphim.Hair colors in dromites range from a deep black to a dark blonde. Although rare, it is possible for a ginger or a light blonde color to crop up on occasion amongst dromites. These rarer colors are celebrated as good fortune.
Eye-colors are often a golden sandy color or a dark hazel.
A unique trait that is found only in dromites is their constant fluster. A phenomenon caused by discomfort, and high temperatures.
Physique
Taller than your average kelaphim, natural camouflage in a sandy environment, greater capacity for surviving without sustenance, larger feet for traversing through uneven terrain.Dromites have a veil that covers their eyes from being pelted by airborne dust and debris.
Habitats
Deserts, badlands, and dry climates are what the dromites would call home. They can travel through arduous and difficult conditions for days at a time with a lesser need for hydration. It is acceptable for a dromite to live within lower elevations of mountain ranges, or throughout sprawling savannas.Rainforests, Ocean Islands, and humid locations are invalid locations for their residence.
