Dixialba

Adopted by Nixipacna, these Elanni are characterized by playfulness, ingenuity, and wanderlust. Creative to a fault, a Dixialba never does anything the easy way when the hard way is more fun and challenging!
Though perhaps the friendliest and most open of all Elanni, the Dixialba eventually settled in the southern highlands of Maverot, an area impassable to most other races. Only the Drysonnae had the hardiness and temperament to join them there. In truth, the Dixialba would have loved to live among the other races, but they just couldn't fit in.  They generally found steady employment heinously boring and caused havoc when attempting to liven up the workspace with their "games," which usually took the form of puzzles too complicated to be solved in an eight hour workday. They also had trouble acclimating to a need for capital, since they were natural survivalists. Innately skilled in healing magic, Dixialba rarely suffered any lasting injury and with the capability to fly enormous distances in short periods of time, never suffered want of food or water. Finally, being generally covered in fur, the need of shelter was reduced to mere novelty.
