House Dormaris
House Dormaris is the absolute monarch royal family of the Kingdom of Marter-Kar, the Mountain Elves Country.
History
Before the Gods War, House Dormaris were only a family of powerful arcane bards. However, due to this, they were instrumental in leading the High Elves into victory.
When the then royal family of the High Elves were utterly and completely killed on the war, the Dormaris took up the crown for themselves, managing to convince all of the other clans to swear loyalty to them. And, even despite a few revolution attempts have occurred in the kingdom, the Dormaris still hold the crown to this day.
Thousands of years passed and the Dormaris family played a crucial role in the War of Doom, both in a positive as well as in a negative way. While the then prince Elydir Dormaris succeeded greatly in his war-aiding efforts in the Central Islands, his daughter, [Lina Dormaris, would be the one responsible for losing an important magical item to the enemy.
Later on, the Dormaris royal family would have to withstand a scandal: the heir prince, Clickeren Dormaris, during the Battles for the Islands, had a son with one of the native sea elves. Marco, o Corvo was this child, and his destiny was even greater.
