Moiragh

The City of Shadows lies deep in a chasm formed by the energy of the Obsidian Tear that formed in 350 BCE deep below Eris. The surrounding area is a wasteland of blackened earth and ash where nothing grows anymore. Strong winds blow through the chasm on a regular basis.

There is only one rule in Moiragh : "If you cannot protect it, it isn't yours."

The city is a place where the "rules" are made and enforced by whoever made themselves a name, either by being the strongest, or the most clever. Any shady or criminal business immaginable can be found in this city.

The city is ruled by whomever has the most criminal influence

Geography

The city is nestled within a crevice formed by the Obsidian Tear which formed deep underground. The surrounding area is a wasetland of black and ash. An infertile land with dead trees. The only living beings apart from the inhabitants of Moiragh are insects and vermin. There is only one path that leads down to this place.

Climate

There are strong winds howling through the crevice that whirl up ash and dust, making the air dry and the overall temperature significantly colder than it is common in the rest of the Aquiline.
