Myrtan Rivani

The keeper of the gate for temporary stay to Merelo. He supplies the guests with a wristband that allows them to pass to the middle section. However they will be warned if they stay longer than the proposed time they will be forcefully removed. The wristband will tug them towards the Kibalo no matter their state of being.
Myrtan is a white dragonborn smaller eyes and a not so happy face most of the time
