Conditional Poison can be given by magical effects, skills and weapons

• A poisoned creature has disadvantage on attack rolls and ability checks.

A creature can make a constitution save equal or higher than the caster Save DC, if they fail they can resist the effect at the start of their turn till the poisoned condition ends.
