Bleeding

Bleeding can be given by magical effects, skills, traps and weapons  
  • A bleeding creature has disadvantage on All Saving Throws
  On their action any creature can make a Medicine Check equal to or higher than 5+(Bleeding Level *5) to stop the bleeding, if they fail they can attempt to the stop the bleeding on an addition action on their turn or till the target reaches 0 hp and the condition ends.
