Moranth Siren

Very rare magical items from the Elderdays, Moranth Siren's were created by Moranth artificers to alert all to incursions from the The Spaces or the The Places.
It cannot be controlled, however it can be attuned.
Whenever the following occur, the siren will sound for a minimum period alerting all within five miles two rounds before an incursion and continues for a minumum of two rounds after the incursion concludes or ten minutes:

• Any incursion occurs within five miles of the Moranth Siren from another plane or the spaces (e.g. via gate spell, plane shift etc)
• Any teleportation occurs within five miles of the Moranth Siren(e.g. dimension door, teleportation circle)

A creature that attunes to a specific Moranth Gate:

• knows the precise of location of any incursion/s when the siren is sounding, providing ze is within 5 miles of the Moranth Siren at the time it sounds.
• will not set off the siren if ze enters the five mile zone from a Moranth Siren via teleportation, gate etc.
