Gnome's Bane
Gnome's Bane (Gnomish: Kirous-Ihmiset), also known as Thrashing Plague, is a parasitic disease found exclusively on the largest island of Sijmen Sur. Harmless to Men yet lethal to the island's native Gnomish population, it is most commonly encountered in the fetid fens and marshes of the island's interior.
