Feast of Declaration

The Feast of Declaration was a party held in honor of the Immortal Kailio by Clan Manuhel in 2019 ME, in the city of Halamahi.
Feasts intended to draw out Kailio for advice or ceremonies aren't too uncommon, but this feast became quite the piece of news when visiting adventurer Arzet Devadov claimed to be The Chimera (one of the four creator-Gods) reborn. Even more shockingly, the Great Otter Kailio seemed to agree and magical anomalies began to occur around them. Some onlookers claimed that the divine connection was obvious, though others said that it was simple wizarding illusions.
