Dreaming Plane
The Dreaming Plane is a strange mirror reality created by Verkon the False Chimera and aligned Nightmare Cults, which is layered over the Material Plane and Ethereal Plane. It is unknown how this additional layering interfaces with the Ethereal Plane exactly, but it is entirely invisible to people in the Material world. In areas where the veil is thinnest, magically-attuned mirrors seem to be able to reflect bits of this place.
The Dreaming Plane seems to mimic the waking world in exaggerated and unusual ways; landmarks aren't quite where they'd normally be, and geography is often extreme and warped. Enormous structures punctuate the landscape, likely too large to have been constructed manually. Gravity certainly works very strangely, and ships and fish seem to move quickly through the sky.
It is unknown how exactly space works in this plane, though Arzet Devadov hypothesized that it works like "the Nether" - ie, that space in the Dreaming World is compressed, allowing more rapid movement.
Not much else is currently known about the Dreaming Plane.
