Arbor Woad

A massive massive forest on the northwestern tip of Alvera, the Arbor Woad is the stuff of legend. Never fully conquered by the dragonborn, the Arbor Woad remains largely untamed and unmapped, home to many of Alvera's more obscure beasts and ancient magics.
The Arbor Woad is technically a province of Telrath, but only the most foolish or ignorant actually believe this claim. For all intents and purposes, the Arbor Woad is (at best) a frontier.
