Training Staff
Training staff fall in to a few categories; Orientation, Skill and Basic Education.
Orientation: everyone who arives in the Pocket Void goes through orientation. This prosses explains why and how a person was brought to the Pocket Void. The facilities available, and all roles available. They help those interested in joining one of the Extraction divisions. During orientation they also assign temporary partners for those going into the different divisions.
Skill: skills include weapons training, hand to hand combat disciplines, survival skills and language. Everyone who goes into a division is required to take basic survival, at least one weapons and one hand to hand class. Language classes are highly recommended.
Basic Education: some of the Extracted are children or people from worlds where Education is hard to come by. They take basic education classes regularly.
