Combayze is a kingdom in the early stages of development. The population is small and dispersed.
Structure
The kingdom does not have a standard heir of succession arrangement. There are three people who could become the "King and Defender of the Crop". They are the Town Presidents of the three largest cities of the Kingdom. The three cities are "NewCapter", which is on the Plain of Great Moroneir , "Port Combayze", which is on the southern end of the Ashur Sea coast and "Fort Word" on the northern end of the Ashur Sea coast.
So in theory, anyone can go through the local council system and eventually end up as King, if they have the ability; however, it is usually the aristocracy and the merchant class that participate in these governing councils.
Culture
A social system is firmly in place with a structural class system. The Royal family is firmly at the head, though small in number. (These make up the families of previous Kings and prominent families.) There is a small middle class, mainly traders. The peasant class is very large and, by many standards, quite well off.
Demography and Population
The Plain of Great Moroneir is the food bowl of Combayze. Since 14055, the people of this area have lived in fairly quiet times with generally good conditions for the public. The plain is elevated from the coastal area but is relatively flat with good farming soil. There are mountains on its west side.
There are 5 large citys in the country, but by far most of the population lives in rural vilages.
