It is rumored that some people can shape the element of fire.
A fire bender can cause minor fire effects shape fire, change the temperature of an object.
A firebender can cause a major effect by spending a fate point. Some examples, melting a small amount of metal, vastly changing the size of a fire. Often times these effects a impressive enough to grant a +2 bonus to a roll.
A fire bender also can summon forth flames and hurl them at their enemies. The fire bender can make an arcane attack against any one up to one zone away.
