Session 15 Report
General Summary
In last we left our crew, They had successfully managed to convince Ty (the 14 year old arch-mage) to force open the magical lock that prevents the crew from going to the Hall of Golems to retrieve Clay Steel's Golem. But first they went to untold fortunes to get a new fortune about Toga "You seek a foe to challenge you, a warrior who's strong and tough. Fear not, I see, that you will find him. Your past is plenty strong enough.", along with some casino escapades to earn some coin. Once they finally opened the service door in the back of the VIP lounge, they found an staircase that would generate one stair for each stair walked upon. With that in mind, the party simply walked two steps at a time until they finally made it to the Hall of Golems. This used-to-be lecture hall is now more akin to a modern day server room, the room was pitch black save for the glowing green lights of the magidrones interfacing with their ancestral bodies. Hundreds of golems fill the seats of this lecture hall as they envelop the comatose monstrosity in the middle of this room. From what the crew gathered, this is the Pale Hydra that the casino has been using to maintain the "Hall Monitors" that are scattered throughout the casino. After a brief debate amongst the crew, they managed to find Clay Steel's golem (wearing an inconspicuous cowboy hat). They removed his golem along with the golem of Dirk Diamond, but they couldn't seem to find the Don's golem. The crew completed their objective and slept in the VIP lounge to avoid the trek back to their rooms. On the next day, Curiosity got the better of them and lead them to the Scavenger Hunt to check up on Dirk Diamond who was in a vegetative state after the scuffed ejection from the Well of Consciousness. In Scavenger Hunt, the crew met up with Katya and with her help, the crew was able to hide their tracks from the vault heist they had two nights ago. They then discussed plans with Clay Steel to deliver his golem in the upcoming play that Ptelea was working on, Revival of the Hero. Wanting to get more context surrounding the play, The crew sought Captain Alloy himself, wanting to know what Aqua and Titania were like. He revealed to the party that he actually knew Silver from before the flood, and that his sole purpose in his newfound life... is the death of Emperor Silver. Petty revenge for a millennia old vendetta, for he blames Silver for the death of his Queen, Titania.
