The Imperial Confederacy of Zhelad Daev or simply the Daevek or Demonic Empire is an theocratic confederacy located in the realms of Zhelad Daev and extending into the border realm of Limbo southeast of the Mountain of Hymns. It consists of seven dominions each ruled by a cardinal of the executive council.
