It does this by decreasing your party energy supply both magical and physical. to the point where you feel like you just want to sleep. but it keeps so your body down to play a permanent rest. And it lowers your magical point down to where you have a hard time reactivating your chakra ports
Cure The only cure is to let it run its course.it only lasts is 10 hours. so you keep your body energy upkeep yourself active drink caffeine or anything that will stimulate your body but you got to balance it with keeping your magical aura raising to. Depending on what type of magic you are using on how you'll go about building it up.
Sorcerers have a naturally high amount so as long as they keep focus on it and building it up like use it but don’t. They should be fine. Divine users at druid might have the hardest time Because they got to keep their connection with their source of power. The way they do that is normally meditation or prayer which are not active activities. Which could easily put them to sleep.
