Radiant Flare
5th Edition
You unleash a focused flare of solar radiance at a creature you can see within range. The target must make a Constitution saving throw, taking 3d8 radiant damage and being Blinded on a failure, or half as much damage and not Blinded on a success. Creatures with the Sunlight Sensitivity or Sunlight Hypersensitivity traits have disadvantage on this saving throw.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a higher level spell slot, increase the damage by 1d8 for each slot level above its base level.
This is a rare option
This option requires special permission to take. In the case of spells, psionic powers, and similar options, this option must be found in the world and cannot be taken upon level-up.
