Quench
Source: Elaris Unbroken
5th Edition
This spell is often used to put out forest fires and other conflagrations. It extinguishes all Mundane fires in a 50-foot Cube. The spell also dispels any Fire spells in its are, though you must succeed on a Spellcasting Check against the spell to dispel it. The DC of this check is 12 + the level of the Fire spell.
Each Elemental with the Fire Subtype within the area of a Quench spell takes 1d6 Cold damage. This damage is not affected by Immunity, Resistance, or Vulnerability, and the creature is not allowed a Saving Throw.
Alternatively, you can target the spell on a single Supernatural item that creates or controls flame, such as a Flametongue Longsword. The item loses all its fire-based Supernatural abilities for 1d4 hours unless its wielder succeeds on a Charisma Saving Throw. Artifacts are immune to this effect.
This is a rare option
This option requires special permission to take. In the case of spells, psionic powers, and similar options, this option must be found in the world and cannot be taken upon level-up.
