The Hunger Domain is granted by deities of predation, gluttony, survival, consumption, and insatiable desire. These clerics believe that all things exist within an endless cycle of consumption, where the strong endure by taking what they need and the weak inevitably become sustenance for those who follow. Whether they feed upon flesh, blood, souls, or even life itself, they view hunger not as a curse, but as one of creation's oldest and most sacred instincts. Clerics of the Hunger Domain are relentless predators, drawing strength from the fallen and thriving where others would starve.
Domain Spells
1st-Level Cleric (Hunger Domain) Feature
Devouring Maw
1st-Level Cleric (Hunger Domain) Feature
Your bite becomes a natural weapon for you. Your bite uses your Strength or Wisdom modifier (your choice) for Attack and Damage Rolls, and deals 1d8 Piercing damage on a hit. This bite counts as a Magical weapon for the purpose of overcoming Resistance and Immunity. Once on each of your turns when you reduce a creature to 0 hit points within 5 feet of you, you may use a Bonus Action to consume part of its body, regaining Hit Points equal to your Cleric Power Reservoir + your Constitution modifier.
Additionally, your divine tolerance for ingested threats makes you Immune to the
Poisoned condition, and you have Advantage on Saving Throws against diseases, drugs, or ingested toxins. You do not gain this Advantage if the substance enters your body through wounds, inhalation, or contact.
Channel Divinity: Feast Upon The Weak
2nd-Level Cleric (Hunger Domain) Feature
You can use your Channel Divinity to tear into a weakened foe. As a Bonus Action, you present your holy symbol and target a creature within 30 feet that is
Bloodied. For 1 minute, the first time you hit that creature with your Bite each turn, the attack deals additional Necrotic damage equal to 2d10 + your Cleric level, and you regain Hit Points equal to the Necrotic damage dealt.
Channel Divinity: Ravenous Frenzy
2nd-Level Cleric (Hunger Domain) Feature
You can use your Channel Divinity to work yourself into a feeding frenzy. As a Bonus Action, you present your holy symbol and instill a divine hunger within yourself. Gorge Upon the Fallen
