You are bathed in holy light, shedding Bright Light up to 30 feet and Dim Light for an additional 30 feet. Any creature that targets you with an Attack or casts a Spell or manifests a Power that requires them to see you must make a Constitution Saving Throw. On a failure, that creature is Blinded until the start of their next turn. A creature with Darkvision makes this roll with Disadvantage. A creature without eyes automatically passes its Saving Throw.
This is a rare option
This option requires special permission to take. In the case of spells, psionic powers, and similar options, this option must be found in the world and cannot be taken upon level-up.
