Shae Mordai

Shae Mordai, the City of the Dead, is the spiritual center of Aerenal, and is where the Undying Court guides the overall path and values of the nation. Unlike many elven cities, a wall of stone and ivy hold the wilderness out, allowing the dead here to rest.

It is not a city of trade. Even elves are not welcomed here unless they have a specific reason to enter. Shae Mordai is well protected by Undying soldiers and death clerics.
