Ohmnia

The Land of Ohmnic is so called because the Everstorm Peaks, and much of the isle itself, generates afternoon thunderstorms almost the entire year round. Keeping ships at port here is almost as difficult as sailing them here in the first place. This means any settlers of the area must form self-sufficient communities or die out.

The land was, despite the difficulty, settled by Jae'Kalan loyalists during The Great Rebuke 145 years ago. However, most of the population did not participate in Jae'Kalan's play for power in the War of the Seeds. The ruling class are necromancers who scoff at O'Mala I's restrictions, but they're not megalomaniacs - they're perfectly content with their undead thralls and skeletal servants on their southern island, away from the prying eyes and haughty opinions of the priesthood.
